Invite Your Customers, Prospects and Ideal Buyers:
Now is the time to invite your potential buyers and prospects to visit your booth. CCW is providing each exhibiting company with a VIP code (available now) to send out to customers and prospects for a complimentary pass. Your unique VIP code will allow your clients and prospects to apply for a complimentary full conference pass (for qualified end-users, see criteria below) or secure their complimentary expo pass. Exhibitors can distribute their unique VIP code in many different ways.

1. Include it in an email.
2. Add it to email signature.
3. Post it on social media sites.
4. Include it in direct mail pieces.
5. Verbally.
6. Electronic Ticket provided by CCW - available Sept. 4th
7. Printed Tickets provided by CCW
   • Exhibitors will receive a supply of printed tickets to distribute. These tickets will have your company's VIP code on them. Printed Tickets should be arriving at your office by the end of September.     

Just remember to direct customers to the CCW registration page. There is a VIP code section during Step 1 of the registration process.

Pre-Show Attendee List
Increase your booth traffic by communicating with registered CCW attendees pre-show!
CCW offers exhibitors the option to send a direct mail piece through our mail house to pre-registered attendees at no charge from CCW, although you will need to pay for postage and handling. Our mail house charges approximately $350 for handling.

We have a press release all set up and ready for you to edit and distribute, showcasing your participation in Content & Communications World!  Email melissa@jdevents.com for the document template.

Take advantage of social media outlets set up for CCW!

Use our hashtag when you tweet about your participation at CCW and show up on our twitter feed! Put #CCWexpo in your tweets and they will appear on our website twitter feed and on screen at the show!

Edelman is the official media relations firm for CCW.  Work with them to get the word out on new products and services and request a registered media list! Contact Rupa Patel at rupa.patel@edelman.com for more information.

If inviting end-users, encourage them to apply for the full conference with your compliments! If you invite others that don't meet the full conference pass criteria, encourage them to get a free expo pass.
